Default Help... Master Key Question

Ok here's what happened:
I lost my master key of my 95 sc400 today and I have 3 sets of spare, none of them have the keyless entry botton, 2 can open the glove compartment and 1 does not (i think this is the valet one)

So my question is, will a used key from another sc work on my car? Can i program it for keyless entry to work on my car?

Or do I need to buy new key and program it?

Can I use the 2 that CAN open the glove compartment(but does not have the botton) to program the key? Or I need one that actually need the keyless entry botton to program my new key?

Any feedback greatly appreciated!!!!

From what I have heard, you need a master key to program a new master/valet key.

I bought a used 2nd master key and I was able to reprogram the key to work with my keyless and theft deterrent immobilizer. I had to use my original master key to make this work.

^heard the same thing. You'll need a master to be able to program a new key. As for using another used SC key with a button, I'm not sure.. but wouldn't you want a new key so you could have it cut?

Here's the directions to programming a key:

By master key, meaning the key that is able to open glove compartment right?
Because from what i know its either a master key or a valet key, but my spares that can open glove compartment doesnt have the botton for keyless entry thats all, correct me if im wrong please =)

Yeah, I believe its master as in you can open everything from the trunk, doors, glove box, and so on.

Yes the key that I bought was new and uncut, but the internal part which includes the buttons and circuitry was used.
