Was seafoaming the engine before I change my oil I noticed there was seafoam smoke coming out from the engine bay, somewhere under or the back of the engine and of course, smoke cloud coming out from my dual apexi mufflers. Should it have an exhaust leak to have smoke coming from the bay?

Also I notice the engine loses power in between shift like when it shifts from 1st to 2nd on a medium to hard throttle, the rpm drops quickly and below the rpm it supposed to be and stay there and the engine grumbles and accelerates slowly....vacuum leak? Exhaust leak?
