The motor in there was old, tired, and plagued with issues. Since I'm broke I opted to buy a much lower mileage 2jzge off a buddy who just parted out his supra instead of rebuilding mine... I'm also doing some minor exterior tweaks.

Slow, haha... I not really in any way mechanically inclined, so I'm just taking my time. Today the old motor came out of the car, tucked the wiring harness from the driver front fender into the engine bay so that I'd stop rubbing on it, and threw some spacers on for the front wheels.
I'll be swapping all the parts and the trans to the new motor during the week, and hopefully the new motor will go in over the weekend. Then next week I can put everything back together, and take care of a few other small projects.

btw i just thought about it and you also need a throwout bearing for your new motor since it was auto.
ill make the list of parts i think we need to get and confirm it with you. ill send you the bill by mail lol
also lmk when i can stop by and pick up that head. if anything i can help you tear apart your old motor. i wanna start my turbo build too.
