I tapped it while it was on the car. Lots of patience, vaseline, drilling slowly and brake clean. You'd be amazed how many shavings come out. I rented a right angle drill from Home Depot work awesome.

If anyone has doubts on this kit you shouldn't Mark is an awesome guy to deal with and from experience all the stuff I've used has worked extremely well and lasted a long time. Even the back in the day stuff work well for me.( Quality issues initially). For the price and what you get you really are going to have a tough time beating it.

Cost of the kit is $1749
Misc. $100-300
Safc $100-400
(Optional) Mk3 injectors or bigger $40-400
Boost gauge $50
-------------------------------
Total on the high end is still cheaper than most kits and comes with a good sized turbo.

It was the only place I could do it. I have 2 other projects going so the garage and the driveway were taken. I'll do work in rain, shine, or snow.
