bleh nice try. Unseal, clean, reseal for a perfect fit. Make sure there's a filter there. If not, then you can use either a cotton ball or try UZZ30-SC4's trick with the mini air filters

Buy a used one. I removed and re-sealed my right one twice, but it would still fog up. I found a used one in good shape at the scrap yard that hasn't fogged up for the 8 months I've had it. Well worth $90 to me.
Or you could reseal and make some breathers, like in UZZ30-SC4's thread.
make sure it is sealed tight and that the breather apparatus works...I've had to reseal mine a billion times only to find out the breather tube is all clogged up...now it's fine and dandy
reseal that first then try the mini filter thing or just drill holes in the underside like i did. almost a year now and still good, use a very small bit and drill like 20 of em
i did a reseal on one of my headlights a year ago and it's still fine today, i the breather hose thing on the underside just broke off and i haven't put any filter on there, is it just collecting dirt now?
Or you can just park it in the hot sun every time you wash the car, but it would be a hassle. Though when the weather is wet and cold in the winter this method would obviously not work.
I've had condensation in my driver's side headlight since October and it has dried up a lot now. I'm too lazy/scared to open/clean/reseal the headlight unit.
