Good point on the injector lasting with alcohol, have to check that out, you may have to use a solenoid like you said, a fogger with jets is still precise once you figure out what you need, but yeah, i'd rather do it with the F5 too. Honestly, as much as I agree with you on getting the most out of the current setup, seems crazy to me to have the head off and not do the Toyomoto 8.5:1 gasket, it doesn't require you to o-ring, right Scott? Ethan did get cams, they are re-ground stock cores I believe, but he told me he definitely got 272's, they were done by Brian at Crower, i'm sure Ethan can tell you what he paid. I'm just thinking, if you have the compression down, the fuel, the spark retard, and flow through the head, man, you're headed straight to serious numbers. Speaking of numbers Scott, what are you looking for, dyno and trackwise, with the upcoming setup?

Good track #s will have to wait an extra year for the TT drivetrain. My driveline is simply not gonna lay the power down with any grace. Clutch: sucks Tires: suck 5spd: it works for now Differential: one wheel drive.

Dyno #s?: I'm guessing after the work based on prior #s, with 20psi on race gas with a little spray...550rwhp + or - 25.

I don't think that'll be a problem. Even on pump gas, at 1bar, no juice, i'm hoping you'll see 450+hp no problem with the upcoming work, hopefully closer to high 400's with a bit more boost on pump gas, should be a rip once you get it to hook. Sorry you don't like that RPS clutch, one of the reasons I got fed up building stick cars, especially when i'd finally find a nice clutch that could hold the power and be reasonably smooth, only to cook it when I hit the button on a DOT or slick. I look forward to the results Scott.

Those cams are for the GTE motor and will not fit the GE head.

The GE exhaust cam has a gear on it making it incompatible with the GTE cam. Not sure, but I believe the intake cam would work. Only problem is that the exhaust cam is the one that is responsible for the bulk of the hp gains.

Only other options are custom bump sticks which = big $s.
