Default SC300 runs awful when cold

I replaced the head gasket on my NA-T 95 SC300 and now it runs poorly when I first start it up in the morning. It's OK as long as I don't give it much throttle. The AFR is about 11.5 when I first start it and as it warms up it goes to normal. It has always run rich at first start prior to turbo and prior to head gasket. I also have to add A LOT of fuel with my AFC Neo to make it run where I did not need to do this prior to the head gasket. After it warms up, it runs great.

I think it has to do with the vacuum lines near the EGR. I can't really see where they go and I messed up on disassembly and knocked them loose. I was hoping someone has a nice picture of the vacuum lines. I need the ones below the EGR that go into the metal pipes.
