The #9 15amp fuse is located on the driver's side kick panel. It will be located in between the second to last fuse from the top, and the very last fuse on the third row of fuses. A bit vague, I know unfortunately I do not have a layout of the kick panel fuse box to post online.

 

Gah, i can't find it. I need a diagram, looked ALL over and nothing. Can someone take a picture of their kick panel cover? I dont have the fuse panel cover.

holy crap, dude i swear to god i looked for like 10mins. No way did u find this in 30 secs. i typed in kick panel diagram....Does having a 1jzgte change anything? Thanks lots dude.

 

well, i replaced the fuse and the brake lights still do not work. Parking, hazards, turning signals all work except brake lights. I guess both bulbs went out at the same time.
