Default need help with bucket seat.

i am currently purchasing a bucket seat, non reclinable... .

i am looking for sidemounted rails for my sc400...so far no luck..

i know they say to use the same ones off an mk4 supra but i havent been able to find those either... anyone have any leads? i really dont feel like having to make custom seat brackets again lol.

Wouldnt you have to custom fab something either way? Im mean Im not seat rail expert but arent bucket seats pretty much universal? If you really want some MK4 seat rails try posting in the SupraForums classifieds. Maybe you'll have better luck there.

yea. I think you will have to get custom rails unless the seat compnay sells rails with the seat. If not try wedge engineering. They made mines.

buy the seat bracket and side mounts from the same company that makes your seat. not very hard. pick up the phone.

then measure the holes on the seat center to center. take the measurements and call wegde and tell them the specs and you will have a bracket in a couple weeks.

Yes, Wedge Engineering does good work. Just purchased a set and am very satisfied with the quality and fitment of the brackets.
