a/c stopped working!!!

a/c stopped working!!!
It's been cold these past days so I havent used my a/c. Since it warmed up yesterday i decided to turn on my a/c only to find out it wont turn on!! None of the buttons work. How can I remedy this.
....replace that and A/C
