LS400 rotors, LS400 pads, washers or LS400 caliper bolts and rims to clear them.

One thing, if you just install the rotors and calipers, then your brake feel will be wack. Its basically going to be on/off for breaking. You need to upgrade to a ls400 or supra tt master cylinder (if you have a 3 bolt master cylinder then you'll need the brake booster as well)

you can re-use the old SC bolts but instead of using washers i would just grind off the bottom 2 threads to get your clearance.

As for a master cylinder, i don't know if a new master cylinder will make much of a difference. I still haven't found a solid answer about master cylinder size differences between the SC and the LS/Supra master cylinders. Sure your brakes will feel different and the rears will start to engage just before the front calipers will. Sometime in the future complement the larger front calipers with some Supra TT rear calipers and rotors.

I did not encounter that with the MKIV TT brakes installed on all four corners, so I'm not going to second this unless it applies only to the LS calipers which I have no experience with.
