Default Wiper Conversion

Does anybody know if there's a kit or something available to convert our wiper fluid spray system to spray directly from the wiper arms (instead of from the hood-mounted spray jets)? My wife's G35 has those "direct port" type of wiper arms, and I love 'em.

I'm just kinda tired of not being able to get an even spray while driving at freeway speeds. Not to mention the occassional clogged spray jet that squirts everyplace but the windshield until I can finally remember to clean it. It's never an issue in the summer months, as I clean my car twice weekly, and never once use washer fluid. But in Michigan winter driving with salt on the roads i'm using the washer fluid constantly.

It seems like an easy enough conversion. Should be just a special wiper arm with tube leads that get spliced into the existing fluid supply lines, right?.

Anyone seen or heard of anything like this?
