Default noise when turning right...

it just started making whining sounds whenever i make a hard right turn, could it be LCA bushings? i've already replaced front UCA bushings, steering rack bushings and sway bar bushings...

My 93 SC300 was doing the same thing. The noise was only made when turning right. The shroud in the drivers side wheel well was loose. You may want to check your wheel wells for loose shrouds.
