Default Quarter glass replacement

Hey there. Tried searching but couldn't find any threads on this.

Someone broke into my 93 SC400, breaking the driver's side quarter glass in the process. I have a quote of $320 to replace it. I can probably find used glass pretty cheap but I was wondering how difficult it is to replace this piece. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Remove the lower side panel
Remove the "Oh Crap" handle
Remove the seatbelt
Remove the upper trim
Remove the outside trim (Just clips in be careful use a small screwdriver)
Unscrew all of the bolts holding the glass (inside part of the car)
remove all the extra silicone where the glass was at
apply new silicone

why pay at least a 500 dollar deductible if the glass can be had on a bad day for 100 shipped from gazi or on a good day at the yard for like 25?
