It is indeed. My IC piping hangs a bit low on the drivers side, so this just barely covers it in the front.

Came from the 98-04 I believe. They fit almost perfect once you remove the black trim, and once you trim like a millimeter of the foglight tunnel on the 97 bumper. Should I write up a DIY?
