Hey guys, i have a 93 5 speed sc300 that ive recently purchased.

Today, while i was driving i rolled down the window and heard some clicking and clanking coming from my car. Didn't seem to relate with engine speed, and it occurred mostly on bumpy roads.

It doesn't effect performance in any way, but it doesn't sound like something a healthy car would be making.

Im thinking it might be something loose, or a suspension component.

Any ideas?

 

if it sounds like its coming from the back it could be a missing sway bar bushing. i fixed mine from clanking by wrapping it with a shop rag

 

could be your exhaust that became loose, sometimes those rubber hangers can fail from age
