Default Fixing a leaking cat?

I have an ever expanding leak in my exhaust system..........I have a leak at the manifolds and on the cat (see picture below with square). So I'm wondering if it would be better for me to get highflow cats or get a used stock one? Is there anyway of going about fixing this leak without replacing the cat? One big issue is there is ALOT of rust on the flanges and I'm not sure if they can stand the torque of being removed

if you get a used factory one it should just bolt right in, other wise you will need to get a custom piece done at a muffler shop unless you have a welder and skills to diy.

Thats what I figured , I wish there was a shop around here that I trusted to do a custom exhaust for me, but there is nothing in this area.
