Default Quick Question -Interior Help

I hope this is in the correect area-Question guys is what is the best way to remove this lever. I am not sure how it is attached?

Remove the power buttons, the philips behind the power buttons, then the 3 or 4 philips screws on the bottom holding the rest of the trim in place. This is should give you enough space look underneathe and pry the pin off (as pictured above) with a flathead. O yea, before you remove the seat, make the seat is all the way in the forward position.

Thanks guys for your help -I did my seats but want to get the main drivers side cushion a bit tighter. This was a hurdle initially but your advice will be utilized. Thanks Again....
