how will the fitment be on the OEM housings?

I have a set of de-lined lenses from the ebay headlights on my OEM housings, and the fit wasn't great.

ive seen these on s-chassis. look bad ***. definitely would do then. you have any pics of them in "colored"? possibly amber?

These will NOT be like the chinese made ebay headlights. These lenses are made in the USA and each one is testfit into a set of lensless factory headlight housings to ensure the fit is perfect.

Most likely they will be thinner. The plan is to use the strongest plexi/lexan possible that will form in the machine the crispest. You will more then likely get slightly more inner clearance for any kind of projector conversion you do.
