get a few business cards
slip one under the front edge as far as it will go and lift up, then repeat for rear edge. I usually do one edge at a time. you only need more than one card because they'll get chewed up
disconnect the fluid line
repeat
if that doesn't work, try harder
if it still doesn't work, open the hood, take off the clips holding on the felt, then just unclip them.
