The rear fender is very hard to roll..The metal is usually thick compared to the front fenders...I would recommend shaving or cutting the fender before rolling..
very hard to roll? what are you talking about. i can almost bend it with bare hands. if you want some tough fenders to roll get an E36 4dr.
the fronts are cake. i did my rears with a pvc pipe and it works great. i did chip paint but read next comment and you will be fine.

use the heat gun and even if you chip the paint its okay. mask off the fender, clean off the chipped paint and paint it black so it doesnt start rusting. it will be in the wheel well anyways and you or anyone else will never notice.

Great information 5sp_jzz30!
will is see a slight pull when i do it this way?? When you say use a bat or pipe do you recomend driving over to roll it?? sorry i know im not explaining it in the greatest way!!
If you just want your wheels to fit, you should cut the rear. I wouldn't recommend going for the pull unless you really know what you're doing, I've seen all sorts of effed up fenders. If you mess up it will look bad and you'll end up having to pay alot more to a body shop to get them to fix it.
I cut mine and then rolled them, front and back. I left the tabs in on the front so the splashgaurds are intact. Then applied rhinoliner all along the bottoms of the fenders to prevent paint cracking, chips, and any other damage in the case of rubbing in the future...(FYI - I'm not running these wheels anymore but the 20" w/275 in the rear and a camber kit, absolutely no rubbing....) Also, for the record, comments of it making your fenders wobble or whatever are completely untrue.
guys, here's picture of the wave on my fenders. i've been searching and the GS guys have the same issue. i'm going to be cutting mine where it was rolled and then massage those waves out.
