I thought I'd share this, since I didn't find it on this site. I found the resolution on another site.

Basically with Travis's help we changed the brake kit on my 99 SC300 to LS400 brakes.

As i was driving i noticed The TRAC OFF light started blinking.

The problem was apparently we added too much brake fluid. As soon as we took some out, the light went away.
