spacer question

sup guys,

ok so for some reason my right front rim/tire is not flush like the others. I need a 15/20mm spacer. my question is will putting just one spacer throw off my alignment?

have you looked to see if for whatever reason the wheel is a different offset then the rest? I seen some funny stuff happen like that.
