front lip?

yes still a newbie but love the sc and I just wanted to know if the ac kit is just the lip addition to the 97 front bumper, sideskirts, and the rear lip?

No its a full kit, front bumper, skirts and rear bumper.

so thats not a added on lip to the 97+ bumper?

It is a full kit, but is designed to look like a lip.
