passenger mirror moving with window
okay, so this is my problem...
I noticed that everytime i roll my windows up or down, my passenger side rear view mirror moves up. It gets annoying. I have to adjust that mirror every time i roll my windows up or down. I'm thinking it might be a fuse. The problem is that i don't know which fuse it is because my fuse box in the cabin is missing the cover. can anyone help?

Agreed ... it's definitely not a fuse. A blown fuse is an "open" (no power). You have a short whereas power is bleeding over. Check inside your door panel for crossed or exposed wires.

can be that or a short in the switch panel in the driver side if that happens only when you roll up the window from driver side or possibly the wiring behind the panels of the problematic door...

checked all my fuses in the kick panel... definitely not a fuse. Would the crossed wired be in the driver side or passenger side? it happens when i roll windows up/down from either side.

Um.. logically anywhere those two wires have a chance to contact each other is a possible spot. Check the wiring diagrams for your car if you have a repair manual. Since the driver side door switches are tied into the passenger side wiring, the problem can be on either side or in between.

i'll rephrase it since i guess some don't understand it it would most likely be where the mirror on that side is close to contacting the window regualtor wires, it cannot be in between as he's already (or should of tested it) from above posts

Probably where the wires go through where the door opens/closes. It's a typical problem on many cars. Pull back the rubber coat thing and inspect the wires at where the door opens and closes and make sure the wires don't have excessive wear/exposed wires. Two wires rubbing together causes silly things to happen.

is it crossed inside the rubber part where it open/close the door or where it crossed at??
could you elaborate some detail of the procedure, I really need your help, try to fix my too. my is tripping after i install the aftermarket stereo, i think its shoring somewhere but don't know where.
and just a note: i had a really hard time to stick in the speaker wire through the rubber when i run the cables, do you think this is why???
Help me guys!!
