That's an 91-96 soarer (or sc300/400) lip.
You'll need to lenghted it about 4 and a half inches to make it fit tight. If not it just don't fit!

Wrong! LOL, those are CCW wheels. Very popular with our cars, as well as supras. Not sure the wheel specs tho. Ask around maybe it's someone on CL?

not sure, but i want that car..
but does anyone know or have themselves a HI-RES shot of this rsp sc? If it doesn't exist would like to know so i could stop searching for it lol would appreciate the find.
