That makes sense. I went and looked at my bumper and the overall outline is actually very similar and it has that same dividing line that sorta looks makes the bumper look like it has a lip instead of being 1-piece. Cool mod; the round fogs reminded me of the Job Design Difference kits... maybe that's the look they were going for.
