I kinda like it. It kind of looks like Hoebag's car when he has the extensions on.

 

in my opinon, the tips look GREAT if you just cut them to be even with the stock rear bumper bodyline. Sticking out like that just is not appealing to my eye.

Nope those tips came as extras with my Junction Produce Mufflers I give them to Todd back in 06 when I was up there for my 1j swap.
