Rear lights
I'm not sure you wanna do that either. I have, and they are damn near impossible to keep together. If it isn't melting sold points from the amperage, it's cold solder joints from the heat and humidity. Even those pretty 2k tails have reported defects- out of the two people that own them.

hmm. looks like there aren't many alternatives to folks that have blacked out lights to help visibility.
