Default gated shifter

how hard is it to do the gated shifter change? whats parts would i need and can anyone show me how to do it?

Its pretty easy almost sorta. Do a search for gated shifter and you'll find the wiring diagram and bits of info on how it should be done.

Brendon...I am pretty sure it goes in this forum because of the direct relation to the transmission.

To be honest, I was initially quite confused about the forum distribution and what went where. I ended up (and currently do) only frequenting the performance forum when I discovered that 98% of the information I am interested in regarding the SC is to be found there.

In general, anything remotely technical (ie. involving wiring) is pulled from the main forum so as to not clutter the endless discussions on body kits and wheels.
