Default Car won't start.

Is this normal for a '99 SC? I turn the key and all I hear are clicks and the fuel pump. I know its not the battery because everything functions. What is this related to? Just fyi, I haven't changed my plugs yet. Car already has 112k miles. Could this have anything to do with it.

Check your fuses.

My 120A fuse was blown when my car didn't start.

Ok after 12 attempts of starting it yesterday, it fired up. I drove it for a bit, got back home and tried starting it again. Nope. So it can't be the fuses then, right?

Sounds like starter problems to me. Why don't you try starting it with jumper cables with another car. If that doesn't work, most likely ur battery is fine.

Also double check your terminals on the battery and your grounds see if its tighten.

Does the click sound like the solenoid on the starter engaging? Or is it some other not as loud click.

Ok as an update, I replaced the battery. Thankfully it was under warranty, but didn't do the trick. So it had to have been the starter. I put the car on jack stands, took the starter out, replaced the contacts, re-installed, and voila!!! It did the job. The starter was a ***** to get out, but it was even more of one re-installing it. Spent a grand total of $18!!
