Default Rubber Stain removal

Dear all, Im wondering if anybody in this forum has the same problem like this, stain on the rubber part of signal paddles, hard to remove.

Does anybody know a way to get rid of it? Like to soften it and get it off or some.

seems like it should be a pretty easy thing to get off with the right chemicals, what have you tried so far? sorry that I couldn't recommend anything, other than just some hardcore chemicals and/or a rough scrubber-type of thing.

Goof Off in the yellow spray can or orange spray bottle. At home depot in the paint department.
