timing belt/interference engine?

Default timing belt/interference engine?
Greetings. I need to know if my 1992 Lexus sc400 is an interference engine. The timing belt was replaced by someone and the timing was off after the work was done. Could this have bent the valves on this model year or no?

I did a search on the forums and come up with some conflicting info on this....
some say it is interference...others say it ain't, anyone know for sure?
