Okay guys im goin to buy a STB and wanted to see what you all think is the best fitting bar out right now????
Im NA right now and havn't decided if im goin NA-T or GTE later on!!
I like the TRD but i want to know if there are any pros and cons or better fitting options, any ideas ??
Thanks
TRD is the way to go, not that heavy ether, very very sturdy, and when and if you order it make sure you order for a Supra MKIII, it fits directly to your front strut towers

Short hearsay answer, Ive heard people say the SCs will not greatly benefit from a strut tower brace because they are already stiff. But there is also a look and the feeling that it might help. Also the Carbing S.T.B. also has a master cyl. brace,as well.
Last i checked, all supra bars will fit on the SC. I think the only issues i've heard about are on the 400's where the bar (pending on brand) touches the emblem on the top of the intake manifold.
Incorrect.. Only Supra MKIV NA strut tower bars will fit the sc300. The TT MKIV bars will not, because the GE engine's intake manifold cross' over the top of the valve cover.

You're 100% wrong. Na Supra.., maybe. Also, try the Supra TT Tanabe tower bar, and no way on earth would you be able to put that on. If you're 1jz, or 2jzgte, then you'll have plenty of options. It's that ugly freaken intake manifold crossing over the valve cover of the NA, which makes it very limited on the tower bars you wish to use.
I wonder if the gas tank was taken out, would the Supra rear bars bolt in? Anyone ever tried this? (Yes, I've seen a few SC/Soarer bars that wrap over the top, but I am thinking about going with a fuel-cell, so it would be nice to have more options...)
