so i went out and disconnected the powersteering module, and my steering wheel got very tight(highway mode), so does this mod allways keeps it on city mode or highway mode?

Or does it not effect these presets when driving? thats the only question that keeps me from doing this mod.

it keeps it like normal.... all it really does is stop the leaking no real benefit of doing it other than bling factor.

It's much cheaper to order the parts from anplumbing, they sell the hoses per foot as well. thanx to slappy96 for the info.

went ahead and did this since my oem line was leaking as well. Now it is still leaking. Same problem with the earls fitting bottoming out. I got lucky on the top with two new 5/8(i think) washers stacked, but the bottom still leaks a little bit. Quite annoying considering the leak is more now with the new setup, lol.

Any ideas for the bottom fitting? Its leaking between the double oring and the rack itself. I'm using the earls metric to an as posted in this thread.

It is not a banjo bolt?

1 washer is too thin as the fitting bottoms out in the rack first before crushing the washer.

I just used two crush washers per side, and have yet to notice any weeping, let alone a leak.
