I looked at apexi's web sight And I don't see anything about wiring in the knock sensor option for the safcII? Or telling me which wire to tap into.

Has anyone done this? I'd just like to know what all the wires and wire colors are for my SAFCII. And where all of them go. All the major hookup's are on the apexi's websight. But nothing about the knock sensor.

Found it, it's the purple wire.

 

what's the pin on the ecu? I've been trying to find it, I heard it's the one that's wrapped in clear. I've got mine hooked up but the knock sensor. if it's the transparent one, I've got two of them....

 

49 & 50 I believe. It's the first of the 2 clear ones. theres a knock sensor in the front and rear. U want the rear one.

Nothing is wrong with the frnt. But the rear usually see's detonation more often and you can only tap one of them.

SAFC's knock sensor is a joke if your turbo. I can see it working alright in some NA applications.

 

I had it laying around from my 240, I didn't want to spend some more money, I really don't have big plans for my lex though. It's my daily now. Y'know how it is with our kind, can't stop fu--in with sh-t. Lol
