Good luck with it man. I didn't know that about the starter either so I'm sure I would've been freaking out too.

well got everything bolted up, but gonna need to get some wiring issues figured out... IE starter and reverse light =\ starter shouldnt be a problem...but reverse ftl... allen chime in plz? =)

Reverse light.. you cut two wires from one of the harnesses on the auto tranny harness and re-connect them to the two wires on the W58 tranny. I'll try to find a pic for u

what do you need to wire for the starter? On the large plug that originally plugged into the auto tranny you shoudl find two pins that are a bit larger than the rest. Just shove a small fuse in there. By doing this, the ECU will think the car is in neutral, and you'll be able to start it right up

The starter is the same for auto vs manual tranny. Positive, negative, and solenoid wires are all the same as well. Let me know if u need help. I could take some pics if necessary too.

o dam...i got a push button start...haha reverse light would be awesome though allen...

I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!! MUHAHAHAHA
