plz don't put hids in yoru turn signals unless you wire them up as foglights. otherwise looks good, i bet your happy. hids is probably one of the best single mods you could do to a car. it makes driving at night so much nicer.

just a heads up for anyone that does a retrofit, don't do it unless you plan on having oem hid's or retrofitting every car after.

I just sold my integra which i did a TSX retrofit on, decided to be cheap for now and bought a 5000k HID kit for the SC, wow it blows! already collecting parts for my SC retrofit. 5000k's are waaaay to blue for me as well can't wait to get 4300ks back in..

You see that much difference in 5000k over 4300k? I went to 5000k and the difference was only really noticeable during warm up...

Now maybe 4300k to 8000k would be a bigger difference...I like it anywhere between 4300k and 6000k...

And yes, retros rock!

Agreed. When I changed my gf's Acura CL type-S from stock (4300k) to 6000k, there were significant difference in color. Not to mention her cut off line is MUCH sharper than my non-retro fitted HID's.

yeah man i dunno if the company sent me the wrong ones but.. once they warm up they are very white, but the light output on the ground seems blueish purple not very bright, looking at the headlights look white.

dunno if i'm just used to the tsx with the 4300k's or what. I had 6000k kit, then went tsx retro fit with 4300k, not to 5k kit.

My accord had a tsx retro, and the SC isn't that bad, but like you, I'm collecting parts for my TSX retro too. I'm just waiting for my accessory bulbs to come, so I can swap out all the lights at once.

so 9006 for the headlights, and h3 for the fogs? any of you guys upgraded the high beams too? my friend got some parts in the mail today and the place he got them is running a special on HID kits. not sure if ITEK is a very good brand but, its almost too cheap to pass up. what do you guys do to get rid of that stupid running/parking light in there?

that's what i did, bought bunch of led bulbs, did every bulb on my car all at once.. well everything but the highbeams, but everything else from the door & floor lights, dome, license plate, fogs, parking lights.. oh yeah didn't do my brake lights lol..

that little 194 running light, i just put in a hyperwhite single led can't hardly notice but yeah doing away with it doesn't seem like a big deal either...

I got all polarg b1 hybrid hyperwhite bulbs instead of LEDs. I just went to a local shop and got them all since I didn't feel like ordering LEDs online, but it looks like I'll have to for the #74 bulbs. Right now I'm missing fogs, highbeam, tail lights, and the front turn signals (I think they are 1157 or 1156). I'm still debating if I should do TSX fogs since I got some spare projectors.

sweet stuff you got there man, I miss my TSX's cutoff, but i picked up some e55 projectors for 50 bucks local so i'm gonna try those out, neat though they are bi-xneon dunno if i'm gonna go that route, they also have the box that enables them to pivot when you turn but i can imagine how much headache that'd be to try and get working lol, just doing a plain retro mabe bi.. gotta find some headlights and ballasts cheap now!
