Just wanting to know how large the 1996 sc300 washer fluid tank is? I'm trying to decide if I want to run a seperate fuel cell for the methanol or just use that.

Thanks....

the standard bottles they sell at the gass station i think are a gallon. you can put at least one a half of those in the tank. i would say at least 1.5 gallons.

do you have some pics of your setup?

I know the earlier sc300 had some huge tanks but the 96 is smaller.

Well I removed mine and cleaned it... It was really dirty inside. Anyway I measured out about 16 cups... So a little more than a gallon.

Thanks all...

I have a 93 and it took up more than 1 gallon. I literally took the 1 gallon bottle of fluid, stuck it upside down and emptied that whole sucker out with room to spare... We've got some massive fluid reservoirs!
