Heh, of course I understand all that. But my question is, will the airbag really blow in event of an accident?

Now that I think of it, it's the airbag module that controls single and dual stage, correct?

Hate to bring this back but I have a 3 spoke '99 Rav4 steering wheel and airbag like someone mentioned above but still have the airbag light on. I've searched and read through this but no real answers either. Anyone know how to get this to work correctly?
