Got some updates for you Lextreme folks. I got the Intercooler pipes done except the intake pipe. I tag weld the mild steel 3" pipes and will add two HKS SSQV BOV to it when they arrive. After that complete touch up and powder coating will make it look quite nice. The first few pictures tell the story. I drilled 2 4" holes turbo compressor inlets for fresh air behind the bumper.

Two holes were drilled. One for the intercooler outlet/Intake and the other is for the turbo compressor inlet.
I will run a 4" silicone elbow from the compressor to behind the bumper to get fresh/cold air. I got all of my couplings and clamps from Fat Boy Garage in El Monte CA.

Tag weld 3" mild steel pipes. Why mild steel? It is very easy to work with and I can twist and turn without silicone couplers and t bolt clamps.

Another closer look on the pippings.

Intake pipe just tag weld and dual BOVs will be used.

The inlet pipe will be tig weld and grind out smooth and will be powder coat (matted black)

I played around with the turbo inlet oil. After few trys, I decided to put little extra effort and few more bucks. I T off the oil pressure sensor and run the oil lines to the side of the fender and come up to the fire wall via a bulkhead fitting. I have seen some SC with dual oil lines and it was a mess. So I ran the lines outside of the engine bay and come up with a bulkhead. Here are some pictures.

Oil lines were T off the oil pressure sensor and ran them to the side.

Oil lines came around under the fender and used a bulkhead. It goes up to the battery/intake area.

Here are two pictures of left and right turbo with oil lines. This method will make the engine bay look clean without too many lines or hoses. Clean is what I get from TonyN (ACleanSC)

Lot of process..... TH400 adaptor mount is DONE!

Looks like it's coming together really nice. I'm a jz-gte fan but projects like this really make me want to take the V8TT plunge.
