It was a RHD(probably jdm) SC with turbo with 92-94 tail light, dark color(black or dark green I think) with some deep lip 18's or 19's. Sounded like an auto with blow off valve.

Drove by Weyburn near coffee Bean at around 12:30pm.... clean car
