Yeah they are Uras!!
The Bee-Rs don't have 10 holes and the Rotas are not concave enough.

They are the Rotas.
The URAS's spokes aren't as wide as the P45R's
Those are the P45R in Absolute polish
The URAS's are only made in 3 colors, and the color on that SC is not silver, and its definitely not chrome
