Ed,
Why don't you have one custom made with mandrel bent piping? This is what I have always done and it has given me the best results.
Aren't you going boost? Shouldn't you be getting 3"?

yeah, custom is the best, that way its to YOUR liking and manufactured and it gives you a great chance to do something noone else has, also 3" is better if your going boost anyway......good call Dx3

okay i was thinking of using my hks exhaust from my gs and have it retro fitted
or what cans should i use and do i need resonators
i want something that will sound like the greddy or blitz
any suggestions
As I said above, I need to know your plans for the car - boost or no boost. No resonators will make the car very loud if you custom build your piping. The Lexus resonators are NOT very restrictive, but do muffle a lot of noise.
If you are going turbo, pull the resonators, then 3" mandrel bent piping all the way back. Single or dual exhaust is your own preference.
If no turbo, leave the resonators and go 2.25" mandrel piping.
I don't know what thw Greddy or Blitz sounds like so I can't comment on that.
Good luck.
Jonny
I like the sound of my exhaust.... I think you may have heard it before...
HKS Hi-power catback (Supra TT)
3" extended mid pipe to bolt on the exhaust
No cat.
The hi-power comes with a resonator too.
