GS400 Transmission?

Is the GS400 transmission worth putting into my SC400? I hate the slush box 4-Speed we have. Also will it give any perks as far as 0-60 and driving impression. Thanks guy.

The trany out of 98-00 SC400 is also 5speed auto.
