Default just put a 1.3 head gasket on, quick question

Hey i put the 1.3mm head gasket on and now when i drive the car it feels a little rough at idle and in first gear if i let the car slow down by downshifting there is more popping coming from the exhaust.

right now the car is still stock, is the car running rich? or any ideas? my friend recommended putting 89 gas in (currently using 93 octane) to fix it but i dont know much about this stuff.

any help is appreciated thanks

more than likely since you lowered your compression and there is no forced induction im sure its running rich

there's not too much you can do right now except just sit tight and wait for the FI to come.

check your timing. Other than that it should be running fine, even with lower compression, maybe a little rough, but not very much.
