Hey, sorry to use this thread again for small questions.
I've now ordered my wheels, and ended up getting 18x10 front and 18x12 rear. Offsets are low and I need to stretch dem' tires. What I will do is:
225/?/18 Front
265/?/18 Rear
Question: Do I go
1. 225/35 Front, and 265/30 Rear?
2. 225/35 Front, and 265/35 Rear?
3. 225/35 Front, and 265/40 Rear?
I'm thinking choice # 2?? Input welcome. Thanks!

how about choice 4 225 40 18 fronts on a 18x10 and 265 35 18 on a 18x12..
225 35 18 will be too skinny / way undersized, same with a 265 30 on a 18.. unless you plan to somehow change your speedo.. even a 235 40 18 is undersized height wise
if they were 19s instead of 18s then yes use 225 35 19 and 265 30 19

eventuallyIll go wide on mine as well currently 18x10+18 with a 235 40 18 18x11 +24 with a 265 35 18.
I want to go 18x11 +12 with a 245 40 up front and 18x12 +20 with a 275 35 out back..

I've looked through this thread hundreds of times, but after finally narrowing down my decisions to two wheel options, I'd love a little input. Before I post the two options, would 19x9.5" +40 be bad all around? I know the rears will be fine (I'll probably add some 15-20mm spacers back there), but for a comfortable DD that I'll drop on coils and run a moderate stretched tire (245/35 or 255/30/19s all around) would that be too wide up front, or will I rub too much? I do plan on rolling the fenders, but I'd prefer not to pull them if possible.
Now onto wheel options. MMR HR2s or Eurotek 03s (BBS LM reps, and I'd do custom black centercaps with "L" logos"). Price isn't really a factor, since both sets will cost just shy of a grand...
I'd run the rears all around since they're the 9.5" and more concave
Same with these, again, rears all around at 9.5"

Awesome! Thanks man! I knew I had seen many running 10"+ up front, but I wanted to make sure! I appreciate the feedback! Now to make up my mind... haha
