will i need to do any fender mod?
two sets have uneven wear so if i were to put new tires, if there are better sizes on just front or rear, please advise.

thanks
18x9.5 +30 won't be a problem in the rear (no fender roll or pull), but up front you might have to do a roll depending on how low your car is.

However a 265/30 will be a little bit blocky, and if you run the same width/offset all around on a car like the SC the front fenders will look more "filled" compared to the rear, which will look sunken in more with those specs.

i have stock suspension and an not really planning lowering it. trying to keep my budget. I got my sc with snow tires on so simply trying to replace them while looking for something decent. I know i would love to have staggered setup and wide rims on front probably gonna make handling bit heavy n lousy, but as long as i can clear them with stock ride height without mod, i can live with that...

so will it clear without any fender bender on front with stock suspension?

With stock ride height 18x9.5 +30 might actually stick out beyond the front fender, but the rears won't, so it will look a little odd. I have a 9.5 up front but +24... it's only 6mm out more compared to yours BUT at stock ride height the wheel stuck out from the front fender about 3/4" or so.

If you want budget but decent, why not get a set of staggered ISx50 wheels? There's another thread with just ISx50 pics on SC's, they are 18x8/18x8.5 and the offsets require no fender mods whatsoever.

EDIT: added pic, here's my car with ISx50's on stock suspension way back in the day:

That was with stock springs and shocks, no spacers, stock IS350 tire sizing too (I think it was 245 and 265) so you can get an idea of what it would look like (and how high it sits)

I'm gonna be running this

18x 9.0+24 18x10.0+24

What tire sizes should I run?
and for the guys who rolled/ pulled their fenders. Did you remove the inner lining?

I'd say 225/265

And you have to remove the inner lining because when you roll the fenders you also flatten the mounting holes for the fender liner (and lip trim, which you remove as well)

225 and 265 will look goofy.

225 and 245 will be just right.

Roll fenders, pull a bit in the front. Then run a 5mm spacer up front and back... with some camber you might even be able to run a 10mm without pulling

Goofy? Nah man 225/245 will have a close sidewall height, 225/245 with those widths will have a thinner rear sidewall and it'll make the car look like it's rocking 17's in the rear and 18's in the front - that's goofy looking

thinking about picking up some supra eibach springs and kybs but kinda worried i'm gonna be to low i really want like 4 inches of clearance

Front should clear with some camber and a stretched 215
Rear should clear with some camber and a stretched 235

Keep in mind the lower the car gets, the more clearance due to camber gain...

Get the coilovers first =)

235/35 and 265/30 are about 8.5"/9.5" wide depending on tire brand - same width as your wheel setup, so you'll have some meat. If that's ok, then ok. If you are looking for a stretch try a 225/35 and 255/30.

Front will clear everything fine, but in the rear - depending on how much camber you have and how low you are (thus why I said get the coilovers first) you might need a very slight roll.
