the fronts are a little low offset they'll fit, but stick out too much in comparison to the rears... a 30mm offset would be better...

So I am looking into some less expensive wheels and I found the falken hanabi. they come in a 17x9 with a +20 offset. They are less than 200 bucks each. I was hoping maybe someone has seen an sc with these wheels or could find a pic, I was also wondering what size tires I would need to run for these to work. or is the offset to low? I know these sizes have probably been previously addressed and for that, i am sorry.

just a personal opinion, and unless you are wanting the stretched tire, wheel sticks out too far look, you would be better off going staggered 8.5" front, 9.5" rear with 35-40mm offsets... these will fit with wider tires (still roll rear fenders) and IMO, look 100x better

They'll work if you run stretched tires and roll the fenders, and they will stick out a tad... 245/45-17 probably what I'd run...

Oh boy..... 17x9 with a 20 offset wont "stick out a tad" it will be near flush and would require a good roll to get a good size tire. 245/45/17 wont be a stretch on a 9 inch wide wheel but then again you wont need stretch tires to make this fitment to work in the rear or front. I have 19x10 21 offset out front so being that yours will be 12.8 mm less toward the fender a light roll is needed. If you are not going staggered(which I reccomend because you will notice the rear is going to be more sunken than the front when using non-staggered wheels.) Dont listen to the fearful just do some research using others fitment and photos and you will be fine.

What wide body kits are out there and if you have any brands, websites, or prices it would be even better.
I recieved them today and WOW do they stick out

They wont stick out at all and they will be prety close to flush. If your car is lowered you will need to roll fenders. You can run 235/35 and 265/30 or 225/35 and 245/35 depending on the look that you want.
