****Official Wheel & Tire Fitment Guide for SC300/SC400****
#5956
Hi all,
need some help with tire sizing for some wheels that i picked up for my 96 SC400. these were originally used on a 650hp 300zx so while the tires have tons of meat, im not sure they'll fit on the SC. current specs below...
Front:
18x9.5 +20
255-35-18
Rear:
18x10.5 +40
295-35-18
i plan on purchasing some BC coilovers soon and want to lower the car enough to looks aggressive, but not slammed. im not much of a stance guy and am trying to not have to run too much camber.
thanks for any help!

If you roll the fronts and shave the rears with a 1 finger gap all around, you'll probably be able to make those size tires work. If you want to be lower, then you'll need smaller front tires.
*Edit* Those fronts have a good lip, so you'll probably end up needing a spacer if you ever upgrade brakes. If you plan on running larger brakes, then you'll definitely need to stretch and run a smaller tire.

Hey guys need a little on confirming fitment
Fronts:
19x10 +10 offset might add 10 mm spacer(clear ls400 big brakes)
235/35/19
Rear
19x11.5 +7 offset
275/35/19 or 275/30/19
It Should fit no problem correct?
Has anyone done this set up yet?
I rolled fenders all around rear camber already installed.
Soon to purchase front camber kit.
Max competition coilovers.
Im not gonna stupid low maybe finger gap no finger gaps
they should work yes? Little input goes along way haha thanks

The fronts will be a little sunken in. A 15mm spacer should be enough for you to clear LS brakes in the future and make the wheels fit better. If you relip the 8's to a 10, then it'll be +18 and will require a bit of a stretch in the rear.

I'm wanting to put 315/25/19 tires on my 19x11 +38 rear wheels. I currently have the fenders shaved. I'm wondering if they will fit? I'm lowered on coilovers so I can adjust the height of the car.
I'm also considering a 305/30/19 on the same wheel but like the look of a massive rear tire.

If your car is slow, then running a tire that large is only going to be make your car slower and get worse gas mileage. Plus larger tires are more likely to follow the curve of the road.
